The Hitching Post Barn can completely plan and decorate for your event, leaving you stress free to enjoy the day. We have a large inventory of decorative items and a very creative staff so you can be assured that we can make your ideas and dreams for your special day become a reality.

If you choose to plan and decorate for your event, be sure to ask about the items we offer for rent.  We can set up a bonfire for you, a s'mores pits, carriage rides, photo props, new and old tractors and much more.

We offer a "day of" coordinator.  Even the most organized bride needs someone to keep everyone on schedule,  someone who can take care of those little stresses that may arise, and to make sure all the planned activities  go off without a hitch.

We have games available to keep your guests entertained. We can set up horse shoes, corn hole, yard twister and much more.

Our exclusive caterer offers up  delicious, down home, southern cooking and B-B-Q is at the top of the menu. Our menu is guaranteed  to please everyone. Special diet needs can be accommodated.
